Easy To Work WithShore Thing Weddings, LLC is an Anna Maria Island based Florida Beach Wedding Company specializing in Intimate Weddings, Vow Renewals, Elopements and Domestic Partners. Shore Thing Weddings is ceremony based only and does not include a reception nor does it have a backup location for inclement weather conditions.
Shore Thing Weddings is not accountable for any possessions carried or transported to the site by anyone, including and not limited to vendors, guests, bystanders, and suppliers. Shore Thing Weddings is not responsible for outside vendors hired on the event date.
Shore Thing Weddings requires a deposit based on the ceremony you chose to hold your event date. Deposits made towards your Ceremony are non-refundable. If you paid more than the deposit or in full, you receive those payments back. The deposit is applied to the total event charges.
Postponements are accepted. Deposits that were made will be applied to the rescheduled date and only valid for a maximum of 6 months. The original date scheduled is the start of the 6 months. Once the 6 months is expired, you will need to pay a new deposit and sign a new contract.
A confirmed Guest count is due (14) days prior to the event date. If the confirmed number of Guest’s is exceeded, an additional charge of $25 per guest will be applied. Gift cards of any type cannot be used as payment. The remaining balance is due one month (30 days) before the event date if you are paying by credit card.
Shore Thing Weddings for the safety of all, reserves the right to cancel the event with as much notice as possible based on severe weather conditions. The payment will be applied to a new date of your choice, based on availability.
In agreement with the three cities of Anna Maria Island sound ordinance requirements, all music, including volume operated, musicians of any kind, musical instruments, and amplified music must be concluded precisely at 10:00 PM with no exceptions.
Fireworks, sparklers, explosives, decorative sprinkles, confetti, faux flowers, open fires are strictly prohibited on Manatee County Beaches.

Shore Thing Weddings has authorization to photograph and/or videotape for advertising purposes.
Shore Thing Weddings has the right to schedule additional events on any calendar date.
Shore Thing Weddings abides by all local and state laws to protect our beautiful Coastal marine wildlife and habitat. During Turtle Nesting Season (May 1st to October 31st) lighting of any kind must be kept to the lowest level.
